u can 2 tables. just play TAG, but 3 bet light, 4 bet tight.

and flop it or fold it strategy = $$$$

What is a good tight range to 4-bet with when on SH tables and:

1) There is a raise and a 3-bet before you?

2) You raise and you get 3-bet?

1) JUST Quick fold imo unless you have kk aa. you havent invested in the pot anyway.

2) 4bet with QQ+

Really looking forward to these opinions... when should we expect a response?

will there be videos of the rush poker?

Donno if anyone mentioned this but after having a ~ hour long session with 2 tables up i got so dizzy and felt so bad physically, that i felt like vomitting for 2-3 hours afterwards:o, being totally wasted on crappy vodka feels better. Thus resulting in donked off money aswell. Donno if anyone else experienced this:D
Also due to the rush rush rush fasto fasto fasto mode, i ended up playing the hands themselves as fast as possible, which is never good.

This mumble aint on topic but everyone's discussing how the game goes anw so might aswell! Other than that there's not much to say, the going play i noticed is set mining and pot pot pot:|

after 8 tabling rush poker for a few hours i also felt bad physically. that is actually one of the reasons i went back to 4 tables

@ the article

"Don't play at more than one table!"
ah, for multitablers easy to play 2-4 tables.

"Protect your money from tilt!"
if u tilt, u probably shouldnt play any game .....

"Leave the table when your stack is bigger than 150BB!"
:f_love:
dont get that .... playing several hundred bb deep vs fish is :f_thumbsup:

"Loose 3-Bets are currently profitable!"
muhahahahhhahah so true. i 3bet any2 llike a total maniac in my testsession and since i was unknown all the time nobody played back. i like!

unfortuantely there is just nl100 available, but well, this rush thing seems to be a funny idea :f_biggrin:

there is nl200 TT :f_cool:

Just adding my own thoughts, been playing NL10 single table Rush pretty much since it started. My standard game is to 6 multi table NL10 on fairly standard BSS. So far imho:

1. I prefer it to multi tabling. You can quick-fold the trash away just like in multi but then s l o w d o w n again when you pick up a hand without worrying about the other tables. Concentrate on that hand, then back to quick-fold again, rinse and repeat ;)

2. Accumulating FT points with one Rush table seems only slightly slower than 6 table multi, think I read somewhere that it was thought to be about 4 times faster.

3. Not tried multi tabling Rush yet, not sure if it appeals tbh

4. Have really opened up my steal and 3bet range from MP3 to BU quite profitably. Play small ball poker picking up lots of small pots (c-bets get thru much easier) then tighten up considerably when I meet some resistance. Conversely over bets with the nuts getting called much lighter, eg 290 bb pot with FH v trips v flush, nice :)

5. I tend to leave when I am 200bb+ rather than 150bb, there are lots of fishy stacks around 150bb but not many more than 200bb. Take the double-up and start again

That's it for now, really appreciate the community here for the ability to share thoughts.

PS forgot:

6. Don't quick-fold away anything from SB that has some potential, eg connectors (suited or not) and suited face cards. I have seen a few flops where I am getting 8-1 for my half bb. Best result stacked someone with K4s on K4xKx board. I know this may be standard but the inclination to hit the quick-fold button in Rush as soon as you see these type of hands is great, you forget sometimes that you are in SB :)

aggro monkeys everywhere on rush _o:

What do you mean by 3-bet light?

AQs+/TT+ ?
Suited connectors?

a light 3bet is a 3bet that isn't profitable if villains never folds

i tried NL100 FR rush yesterday

i started by 3betting a lot, but it seemed like too many players were just loose fish /stations...
it looked like i had to just play tight

was that just variance? should i try frequent 3betting again?

At NL $25 it seemed to work to 3-bet EP and MP raisers. The HJ, CO, BU, SB didn't work so well though as it looks more like a re-steal. Not sure how true that is right now. This was Saturday night US time.

Its a freaking joke... people raising reraising with anything lol.

More gamble and a guesswork than poker.

And if variance gets you you can play whatever you want you will only go down.

I dont remmeber flopping a set, even if i did i lost it to higher set, a straight or a flush or quads LMAO.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that hold'em manager for rush poker was just released.

I've lost about $500 on rush poker yesterday and today. Probably not just coincidence.

There are hacks for PT3 and HEM to export your stats to your FTP notes file. It's all very primitive but effective.
