According to the Poker Platforms - First Deposit Bonuses page, you are able to deposit using paypal on the following platforms:
Pacific Poker
Betfred
Ladbrokes Poker
Betfair
However since the information there is slightly incomplete, it might be possible to do that on some other platforms as well (for example Party Poker as Flopraiser pointed out). I suggest that you check the deposit options on the site that you wish to play at to be 100% sure :).

Liar, I logged into Full Tilt a while ago and they don't have Paypal as deposit option.

Full Tilt Poker indeed does not have the Paypal deposit option. Fixed now, I misclicked to Betfred apparrently ;).
