Should I give up Poker, I can't take this any more:

Dealt to Zex_K [Ts,Jd]
Poke10: calls $0,10
FLOP [9c,Qh,8d]
Zex_K: bets $0,30
Poke
10: calls $0,30
TURN [Th]
Zex_K: bets $0,70
Poke10: calls $0,70
RIVER [9s]
Zex_K: bets $1,90
Poke
10: raises to $3,80
Zex_K: calls $1,90
SHOW DOWN
Poke10: shows [9h Tc] (Full House, Nines full of Tens )
Zex_K: mucks
Poke
10: wins $9,43 with Full House, Nines full of Tens
Zex***0: mucks [ Ts, Jd ] (Straight)

My bankroll can't take this anymore too:

I mean, I know bad beats, downswing, tilt, all is part of poker. But is wining part of poker too? Whenever I start playing at some poker room I hit heater only first two days, no bad beats, very little lost hands. And then mostly shit like on pictures above, very little won hands
Should I give up Poker, what should I do?
I start playing very tight today, finaly floped set of 6's, all in on flop, and guy hit full house on turn.
And then I just left Poker room, and I think if things are like this for me, I should just give up. If anyone can help, please do so.

If I start playing just AA, that wont help too:

What sholud I do?

Ummm, firstly very small sarmple in your graph...3k is standard, downswings can go on much longer than this. Secondly you've lost 7 BI (I asume your playing BSS?) and your BR carnt take it? Well then you obviously going to have to move down a limit as i dont think you should of been playing it in the first place if a few bad beats strain the BR that much.

I'll also add where you put a ring around AA and QQ...Well 18 or 16 hands wont tell you if your playing the hand profitable or not...As there will be to much luck involved with a sarmple that size.

I moved down the limit an hour ago, and here is my luck there:

Bad beat after bad beat, after bad beat....
I think I'll go broke soon.
Just because I have NO LUCK AT ALL.

Most of the hands you posted here are pretty standard.

You're only running a little over one buyin under EV, there's going to be times when it's much much much worse.

If you can't handle it now then maybe you should give up on poker... Or just get over it and keep playing. You do build up a psychological immunity/resistance to beats like that over time.

Just a small comment on the sample size you have:

Some players or loosing over 25000 hands and after 40000 (the 25k included) they are winning.

Keep playing with proper BRM and with the strategy on this site you will be winning after 20000 hands but if you can't handle bad beats then you should stop playing after getting one and come back the next day...

I just came across this post:

A few words on Downswings

Look at the graph and you see what a downswing is and remember that he got all his losses back in 5 days!!!! Maybe this will help you a bit.

let me repeat my self ~_~ and again? ^^?
and it's Fool Ring ! xD
so yeah..dont wont to discourage you even more..but you cant win all the time even if you play perfect.. and no1's perfect.. well expect me offcourse ! ( yeah right..)

Thank you guys, seriously, thank you very much.
I will not give up, and hope some day I will help someone with my experience.
I don't think I am a bad player, but I know I have much more to learn.
And I am getting psychological resistance to bad beats, so that should help my game.

cmon these ain't even bad beats just variance in some 80-20% or 90-10 % spots..if you play poker for long enough time you will have real bad beats like 1 outers on river or loosing with quads! So this is nothing just keep on playing mate everyone of us are having such hands and downswings!

I am running 12 stacks under ev this year on PLO50. I had a session 2 days ago where I dropped 9 stacks and I was 6 stacks under ev in that session. I guess you should get used to it. you will eventually also have sessions were you will go up 10 stacks or maybe even more. just work on your game and things will be fine.

You mean something like this:

(I had this 5 minutes ago, and next hand at the same table a floped top pair, turned trips, but guy floped set and turned full house).
So the downswing still continues, 5th day now, bankroll from 90$ to 20$.

happens all the time... played rush poker, got QQ three times lost every single time

First of all stop complaining, you won't get anything that way

Then I would recommend you to study, and play 10K SSS.

After that, study and play BSS

What else do I have left but to complain about bad luck?
When downswing started I took 5 days break, read articles, forum threads...
And when I came back playing downswing continues.
Sure I win pots, but only little ones, 90% (not a joke) big pots I lose, some of that hands I posted here.
So yes, I think I can complain about bad luck. This is a downswing report, so I'm just reporting that this bad luck and downswing continues.

You are not posting hands, you are just posting images of showdowns.

1 Why are you playing at a non full table?

2 Why are you half stacked?

3 Why are you all in with a low tptk?

Everything about this hand is wrong. Read the strategys again imo

It is better this way.
Now we can give feedback.

Not sure why you are with half stack. You have to stick to the SSS or BSS rules. Other way you are just losing money.

ATo raise was not ok. You are not in position so you have to make difficult decisions. Your CBet was ok and let you know where you stand.
After the reraise the all in was a mistake.
