I wouldn´t fold to min-raise, since he can sometimes c/r with worse top pair hands to see where he is at, also he might take that line with draws.

Flop: I'm not sure about this line as Villain will almost always bet T
and very often I will have to fold on the T. I mean ch/r from SB is pretty strong.
Any sucks - insta-fold, but other cards ... also fold?

Turn:
Ex.1
T - /c 1/2 PSB, if a blank card comes. (PSB - pot size bet)
(then Pot = about my stack-> call F = 8.25 $ -> call 1/2PSB T = 16.25 $)
I can't play way ahead/ way behind at all, as POT=MY STACK on the T.

Ex.2
T - /f , if :heart:comes. Just fold.

River:
Then on the R - again any sucks.

Anyway, here is what happened later:

Flop: ($2.25) 7:c, 5:h, A:h (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.50, SB raises to $3.00, Hero calls $1.50.

Turn: ($8.25) 9:c (2 players)
SB bets $4.00, Hero ?

9 :club:appears.
68 now have a straight, but I'm not very scared of it,
because Villain's range is pretty tight.

I don't see, how can I play this hand profitable for long-term,
if I call F. Then I don't know what to do on the T bet.
Saying that: I know the same on the T, what I knew before on the F,
but I just paid 1.50$ more. What I knew on the F - he will often bet T here.
So, I see this as a bad line: F - b/c, T -/f.
Other line is much cheaper - just F - b/f.

Taking that into account:
What is the best line here for the long-term?

Without any reads I prefer to fold on flop, with further reads that he can be pretty aggressive I am calling there and reevaluating turn. You already posted an exellent thread for the minraise, you got there a pretty good answer.

since flushdraw missed you can call turn and finally decide on the river if you want to call again another bet. Even if flushcard hits on the turn you still have then J high flushdraw
But I think a lot of times when he makes half potsize bet on the turn, he wants to protect his top pair hand or maybe trying to bluff again, so you can call turn and then fold river
But if you are sure he is not bluffing flop or turn you can also just fold on the flop, but to me with top pair it is too weak.
