10 bis are nothing . as long as u make the right moved dont worry much about the results in long term u ll be a winner . sngs are a heavy variance format ,u can even have 30-40bi swings.

I had a streak of not cashing in 16 tournaments in a row just the other day and then only making a 3rd place.. It's hard to get used to it but if you want to be succesfull at the SnGs you don't have a choice...

Some/Most of those hands are shocking, you made some awful decisions there. Nothing to do with downswings i'm afraid.

You seem be overvalueing AKo and AQo in 1.20$ games. Thow you seem to be ahead(or even dominating) opponent preflop in most of allin situations, that's not always the best situation to be in. General rule of SNGs is that it's better to be behind preflop in shoved hands, so you can suckout and feel good. This is fundamental truth and if you don't accept it and start play accordingly to it, you will lose on the short run and short run is what poker is all about.

Alot of your hands are unlucky, but you are as stated above, overevaluating some hands. I mean are you really wanting to get 44 and AQ all in preflop? When your short its understandable, but not when you're well stacked. Read some articles and you'll soon see how much you are overrating hands like AQ.

yeah, definitely over-valuing some hands there, I would have to be real short to be pushing with those hands. You did get unlucky but then if you had played correctly you wouldn't have lost so much.

I would suggest that if you had lost 10 BI's you were probably tilting a bit and made some questionable decisions (which is just natural) so that may explain also why those beats just made you tear your hair out but give it a few days, look back over the hands and you will see that although you were favourite you were never ahead by much and poker can be a cruel mistress like that sometimes.

You suck dude, cause everybodey knows you should fold AQ, AK when someone already raised.

You should play 56 and 78s cause they have big cards so the flop will come with low cards. It's easy math.
