[Closed] for dutch players (and perhaps some germans)

Actually wondering how many people from the Netherlands are on these forums :), if there are enough for a nice day like this (though as bosch said, pretty traversable for some germans probably as wel).

What do you want to play there Bosch? Tourney or cashgames? Just Hold'em or some stud as well?

If people who are interested have preferances please throw in your idea's.

i was thinking about some sngs or a 3/4 table tour and some cashgames.
we can talk about the limits on these cashgames but i really want to have some mircro or low limit also, so everybody can have some fun. real high limits can be played in a private room so nobody will be bothering the players.

if there are enough players we can make a bigger tour, perhaps 50 euro.

and heineken isnt beer, its a pils and undrinkable.

i wasnt thinking about stud, because that is not a ps.de game.

another question is NL or FL!

whatever u want dhw86, as long as there are enough players , we can play it.

i also posted this thread on the german board and their first reaction was

well some free weed and one waterpipe per table and i'll be there.

Actually Bosch, ps.DE does have section for the other games

And jup, I guess it doesn't really matter, but I think it's a "Good Idea (tm)" to get an index of the people interested and their preferances so they'll know in advance what games to expect (perhaps some pure FL players don't want to travel the distance if we're only holding NL games for example).

To bad that it's illegal to organise poker tournaments in the Netherlands =(

accordig to the arrest vd Hoge Raad (high council) of march 3 1998 poker is a gamblinggame in the sense of the WOK (Wet Op Kansspel = Law Of Gamblinggames).
the only place were gambling games are allowed is when Holland Casino is the organising party. exeption is there when the "college van burgemeester en wethouders (lets say towncouncil)" of a place gives a license to an other party according WOK 1a, if the profit of such an event is for the better good (really, it says so in the dutch law).
But WOK doesnot applicate for places who are not open for public or who are not commercial.
so it is legal to have a cashgame or tournament in the privacy of your own home as long the organising party has no intentions to make a profit.

we are working on a project to rent poker tables ill try to get some fact sheets about that project together. It is some sort of sponsored tournament by PokerStrategy but still at the beginning ill try to send you some information as soon as i have some info available.
