I recently made a moneybookers account to upload funds. I made an account and they seem to have some kind of security measure that they debit a random amount from your credit card from 1.01$ to 2.99, and you have to tell them how much they debited.
But the problem is that the transaction doesn't appear on my credit card so I can't find out. Has anyone experienced this? I could use a little help.

yes the answer is
when u enter your credit card number and they ask u how much they have taken u need to call your bank and ask them for the amount and they will let y know
also there's another solution for you.
1.check out how much money you have in your credit card (the exact number)
2.go to moneybookers and tell them to take the random debit amount
3.See & Write how many money is missing ...--> thats the amount they've taken from your credit card..cheers
