Don't know, but I think when you raise from late position with a small stacked small or big blind, you need to decide whether you're going to call his shove before you raise. If you're not sure, I think you should either push or fold. Looks marginal to me, but I'd be inclined to push.
Easy call but you really need to decide that before you raise. R/F really sucks with this stack size since you lose a large percentage of your stack if you fold.

Sick spot ye, have had such spots also. Against very tight opponents I am folding because I see myself very often dominated, against some aggressor or loose opponent I am going broke, stats would be useful here.

IMHO ATos is too weak to be raising with from the cutoff especially with those stacks behind you.
I think this is a push first to act and I know some people will say you are losing value etc but I think that applies to AK or AQ type hands.
I hate folding this hand from the cutoff and If I was raising I would only call a push from the SB with it. So I say push this preflop.
raise/call the SB and raise/fold the rest.
you should always have a plan before making your raise. and raise/folding getting 2:1 is not a good idea unless you know the SB is an ultra-nitty player.
unknowns can definitely re-push worse hands than AT so im happy r/c the 10bb stack getting these odds.
open shoving 14BB is a bit of an over-shove. and my reasoning above is exactly why i would not be open shipping this. we can definitely get re-shoved by a lot worse hands.

correct. it is +EV.
However, there are bigger +EV ways of playing it. 
example:
AK in the SB 15bb eff. its obviously +EV to open shove. but raising to 2.5 is better because you get worse hands to re-shove you that would have folded.
we should always look to squeek out a little more profit when we can as the edge in SnGs is always very small compared with cash.
