So I installed Elephant, everythings ok, PostGreSQL 8.3, I imported my hands, but the HUD says: "Stats will appear as soon as you have played enough hands on this table"
already 21 hands, nothing shows up, tried restarting everything, reimporting hands...
What should I do?

Also the hand history doesnt move, it stays at 565 hands. I set the PostgreSLQ for HoldemManger, so I deleted the database I created for that a while ago.
I still am clueless about how to fix that.

Make sure you install this new version through the manual, and give feedback if it works better:

Please try our latest development version from our 
Elephant Developer Blog. It fixes a lot of parser related bugs and the HUD should work again.
Please write down your database user name and password because you will need it once after the update.
Those data can be found in the Elephant in Help->Info.

yeah same for me, everything seemed to work fine, untill i played 100 hands and got no stats....
