I think there's no need to raise here

cold call in sb there's no too much Ad in his range
and he would had raised u on flop if he got sth like kdtd

if he's on a draw,the one probably is worse than urs

On the turn his minidonk/call indicates a draw imho (but sometimes a monster or something else).
On the river I don't think there's value in betting here, if he have a draw he'll fold anyway. For me is checkbehind.

This. If you knew how likely he was to 1/ squeeze KQ/AQ preflop 2/ play monsters faster you could make an argument that you're in a spot where you're almost never beat even tho it's hard to get called by worse, but when in doubt it's probably too thin to go for value there.
