Hello. This is not my hand, but I would like to ask a question. Should we play c/c or c/r on this flop against pfr Raiser from UTG?

this hand is totally misplayed. against UTG range, you are behind on a Board with a King. You should first check the flop and see what happens next. you should play check/call down to the river and given that board development, you should check/call the turn and fold to a riverbet since a further riverbet is always KQ or better. as played you should also keep playing passively, although you have got additional outs (gutshot and flushdraw). cc Turn and c/f River as played.

As I said... This is not my hand but we had a heated debate about it on the Polish forum ;)

A judge advised to play c/r on the flop with which I disagreed because of the UTG's range and the fact that many pocket pairs may fold, and most of the hands that will stay in the pot are better ones.

To sum up. You think that we should play c/c c/c c/f, not c/r, b/c/ c/f, right?

Hi!

In case Hero checks properly, utg's played standard continuation bet, then the 3rd player folds - is c/c against only one opponent still the best play for Hero? Or - taking into account Hero's slight equity advantage and the fact, that villain will call a lot of weaker hands - is standard c/r better?

Hi!

On these stakes I preffer c/calldown against uknown. I think their ranges are gonna be either very wide or very tight and I preffer to be more SDbound untill I develop a certain read. I definatelly cannot play play c/c c/c c/f since I think they will very often barrell of just whatever they have and we even beat some of his valuebetting hands like JTs,J9s(talking just about flop!)
