So... that's the question on the title. If you have a 21 inch display, how many tables can you tile without having them overlaying each other?
Same for 23 and 26+ inch monitors, if you guys have. I'd really like to buy a new monitor but need to know how many tables I can play on it. thanks!
you can easily fit 6 tables @ 21-22... even 9 are playable - more are not great for your health because letters and numbers would be too small
I prefer 6 per screen..
No idea about 25/26" ones, but more than 6-9 I guess 
I don't tile - I stack - (mostly other players chips)- so I would guess it depends mostly on the size of the tables when tiled - if tiled tables are 6 inches across then you will have the same number on a 23 inch screen as on a 19 inch screen (without overlap of course) but on a 26 inch screen you can fit an extra column.
Or is that just too logical for a computer screen?
Hey opal99, thanks for the answer. I currently have a tiny 17 inch monitor and somehow I manage to play 6 tables on it, with a small overlay in them. It really sucks. I'm looking forward to buy at least a 21.5" monitor as soon as I find an opportunity.
you can get 22" screen for as low as 150€ and you can go for the cheapest ones on the market if it's just for poker.. I have 2 for sale if you come to Czech republic btw
It's not about screen size... It's about the resolution. If you have 19" monitor which runs full HD you can play 6 tables no overlapping and 9 with slight overlapping. If you have 30" monitor with full HD (1920x1080) then you will still have the same amount of tables but they will be bigger compared to smaller monitor. If you go for Dell Ultra sharp 2008 which has 2560x1600 resolution you can fit 12 tables without overlapping and really readable size...

not really... the fact that you CAN fit there 12+ tables doesnt mean it is playable longterm. Staring at 12 tables on 21/22" screen for few hours is not the best feeling^^
I never said it's comfortable for the eyes. OP question was how many tables can be tiled to 21" monitor. If monitors maximum resolution is 1024x768 then he will tile 2 tables. If it is 1920x1080 then he can tile more... Eye comfort is subjective for everyone. Some likes to have small fonts in order to avoid too much eyes, head movement and see everything together, some likes to have big fonts and tables.. I personally like big fonts and tables, I have one 27" and one 24". They are both 1920x1080.

On my 22" I can comfortably fit 9. I can get 12 overlapping a bit but not good on the eyes and I hate mini-view.
Exactly 20 pokerstars tables can be tiled on 22 inches 1680x1050pix monitor. That's the way i grind 
Ive got a 32 inch, I would think 9 would be a comfortable max, but like someone else mentioned, I hate mini view. And I prefer keeping it to max of four anyways. Too many chances for mistakes with anymore than four, even on four I find myself from time to time making a huge mistake; earlier today for example when I had KK on one table and AA on another. Hit an A to make my trips and accidently folded to a huge bet.
