Yes it's tracked, and on the profile page both the advice and account details boxes are checked, ie. definately tracked

2) Click Find Tournament by ID ...
3) Enter 174742110
4) Click Find Tournament
5) Register:

@AussieIan: I am sorry but there is nothing what we can do until the tournament starts. Please contact the customer support of Full Tilt Poker and ask if you are tracked and why you are not able to register.
