I agree with Ihufa.
Don't move down just because you have no motivation. If you have no motivation to play and think about the game, take a short break whether it be a a couple of days or weeks.

I toooootally agree with you
He never said he had no motivation though. moving down + break > break > moving down. You rebuild your confidence and cushion your bankroll by moving down and taking a break refreshes your mindset.
