I’ve played 400 hands 2day and for 398 hand I’m up $8 for the day on NL4 the in 2 hands I lose that profit and $1.50 more.
So now I feel like I have waisted 400 hands.
What do I have to do to stop the loss?

Well, I don't play cash but anyway 400 hands are just too little sample to be worried about break even...when I started to play sngs I played about 1500 and still was at break even and that were a lot of more than 400 hands ♦ Don't give up and play your A game and sooner or later You will beat the variance!
400 hands = 0 when it comes to sample size. Go for >10k and then you can talk about how you are doing at that limit.
Btw, what's the big deal with a break even day?
lol 400hands like 20 mins of grind(rush ofc)...decent sample ofc! Go 4 20k at least and than say something! Gl

look at it this way, you were up $8 so you must be doing something right. When you seem to be losing every pot, ask yourself if you are making the right decisions. If your getting the money in good then you shouldn't let it bother you.
that happens usually when you have some big leak you cant get over and many times beacause you tilt. You siad you were up 8$ for 400 hands, on NL4 its 200 bb and winng 50bb/100 is good(though its inaccurate cause 400 is to little arround 10bb/100+ means you totally crahing the limit).
So probably your mistake if you lost 8$ in two hands you either got in with the best and lost beacause of variance or you should learn how to fold even decent hands at the right spots.
