Not to be mean or anything.. Or you might have done it on purpose.

It's spelled "Challenge".

Thanks for that I guess.

Just out of curiousity though, there are a gazillion typos/badly spelled words in the forums, why did you feel the need to nitpick on this specific one instead of commenting on any of the content? :f_confused:

Because you used the word in the title.

I really dont comment much on content, I pretty much read most of the blogs i find interesting.

makes little sense to me to use one of the few comments to nitpick on spelling when you know I'm not a native speaker and the focus is on everything but spelling lol.

I don't mean to be mean either, but wouldn't it be smarter to actually use the occasional posts for something productive? The focus have obviously been taken from poker and lifeimprovement into spellingimprovement lol, which is just wrong

Just try to keep it on topic please :P

Spelling and grammar are very important, it's very annoying when people spell words wrong.

Also, I'm not so sure if you should have gone broke in the AK hand, the board is really bad and they have a lot of hands that beat you, and not that many that you beat.

Might be important to you, but to me it's not :P so much other stuff in the world that matters ;D

Yea, I know. I was pretty puzzled with the AK hand, but I was pretty sure that player 1 would c/f the board quite often and that player 2 didn't have me beat more often then not. I was thinking about folding pre, and I was thinking about folding the flop but I was sure I'd be good vs player2 often enough and that I'd have enough chips left over to continue comfortably anyway if I wasn't good. I mean basically I was right, player2 even folded for the remaining stack and player 1 showed K7s for the flush yes but in the long run I don't really expect her to show up with that many made hands =P

Yes, it was a high variance play for sure, and it might have been smarter to sit back and let them knock each other out instead but then again, MTT's and qualifiers isn't my specialty and I can only learn from the 'mistakes' I make. It won't be the last I played. =)

I feel no regrets, I did what I thought was best at the time and it didn't work out in my favour this time. Learn from it, get on with it and get INTO it! :f_love:

I really could do with getting fit, need to get ready for next summer already but i am so lazy these days. I mean I can do all the exercise but I can't keep to a good healthy diet because i'm pretty food fussy and dont each much. I can do a healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks (snack bars and fruit) but my biggest problem is main meals. i eat way too much pizaa, pasta and microwave food and don't really want to eat much other stuff lol

I don't have time for that. I'd rather order a Dominos

Great thing to do, i think the 3x times working out shoots great, find out what time of the day u do your best, some people workout better by morning, others at night etcetera. That will really help to keep motivated, and when you feel good try do a little jogging instead of walking to the gym, i personally love it.

What do you mean by simples workouts? Pushups? Abs? Depends on what, i would advise just taking a 30-40 minutes to do streches, will help your body to heal faster and give you more resistance to further working out. Getting your muscles too tired at start could be harmful.

Pretty hard thing to do. Eating is one of the worst things fore me and i do bad at that sometimes, i'm not sure what kind of fruits you can find often in Sweden, we can discuss this over Skype. Oh, and always try to drink water like there's no tommorow. Simples tip? Leave a small 300-500ml bottle always full next to you, you'll get the habit of drinking it all the time.

I think that would surely help you shooting the NL100 stars high, it's really important to keep your mind AND body in balance, things i've learned when i did Yoga.

I will be following how your challenge is going on and will try to help you everyway i can.

This! Although I prefer 1.5l bottle, because 0.3-.5 will get empty too quickly and you wont fill it that often ^^

//a lot more breaks are necessary during the sessions then ;)

Hey. I noticed your fitness goals and couldn't resist shipping you some advice.

i realy like your "challenge" and I'm looking forward to hearing how your doing!! I think the advices Irooz gave you are very good. Its important not to start too fast otherwise you will lose motivation or even get injured (= go broke ;)

good luck from vienna ..

Thank you all for the replies!

For the "small workouts at home" I meant either taking a walk, or do some situps and use my jumping rope at home ^^

Hmm, yes I like the... slowstart thing a bit, but I have already been walking 1-2 times a week almost every week up until now. I'm thinking, 2 days gym workouts (work on muscles) and 1 day swimming (I am allowed to swim aswell on my gymcard) and then a small workout at home, even if it just turns out being 3x10 situps or something. Maybe that's a better start?

I always strecht after working out, I just enjoy the peaceful 10 minutes I get to stretch and calm down after working out.

To take a break after 6-8 weeks sounds reasonable too, just to let the body rest. But, how about walking instead that week, does that not classify?

About the diet plan: I do have sort of a dietplan already, I have my old weightwatchers stuff so I'm basically gonna try to eat all the healthy stuff and simple recepits I can find in there, and I always shop for 2 weeks in a row with my dad so I got enough bread and soups and veggies and what not at home. I just refill sometimes inbetween with fruit and yoghurt and whatever I run out of ^^

about the water bottle: I already do that ^^ I have a 50cl bottle which I keep with me and I drink as much as I can (but its not very hot in sweden right now lol so it's hard to get myself to drink much)

Again, thanks for all the advice, I will think about it some more but the post is long enough already right now =)

Day1 wen't okay btw, I ate breakfast, lunch and alot of fruits and a quite later dinner as my chicken took longer to cook then I expected :( But what I did notice was that I was hungry pretty much all the time inbetween. Like, I used to be hungry before aswell since I didn't eat for so many hours on a stretch but it was easier to ignore the feeling then when I just didnt eat lol.

Day2 has started and I'm excited! Gonna go to the gym today or go swimming, didnt make up my mind yet :)

@ nathan: talk to you on skype today?!

xx vonki

dont bounce as they do in the vid -> you can tear your muscle

in deed you dont have to stretch at all (maybe sometimes after workout), you are mobile because of being female (lower tonus in muscles than man -> more flexibility)

i would call this a hypermobility what you can see in the video

all in all i dont like the music either, with good music she would not have to count 1,2,3,4
