i created acc. via pokerstrategy on pokerstars and steal didnt get a ticket\? why?

Appreciate your feedback and of course everyone is entitled to their own views.
PokerStrategy do however provide many added value tournaments and events. They are usually restricted to tracked members but the more tracked platforms you hold the more added value you receive back of course. We all hold previous accounts at some platforms (I too already held a PokerStars account prior to joining PokerStrategy) but nothing we can do about that though I'm afraid.
I personally think it is only right that those members who have actually raked income for PokerStrategy at a specific platform get the opportunity to receive some of that income back in promotions.
Additionally if these type of events were opened up to all members (approaching 4,000,000 now!) it would create chaos at registration and either lead to a turbo crapshoot format lasting many hours or lead to many members missing out from such events, even if they raked a large amount themselves.
Getting the balance right is always a delicate matter, but one thing you can be sure of is that along with all of the educational material, PokerStrategy provide much more player return that any other affiliate I know of.
Keep an eye on the news & forum pages for promotions at your tracked platform(s) soon

As long as the account is fully tracked in time, you should be fine. I can't see a cut-off date/time on the news item, but obviously PokerStars will need a short time to set up your account and update their lists.

Hey Hannes, I already have a pokerstars account but it was created a couple years back, I use it frequently. Can I still play in our freeroll if I didn't sign up for an account through pokerstrategy? I do not want to create a second account, It is not allowed.
What do I do to get into the tourney?
If you can email me back with an answer ASAP please that would be great, I would love to play in the freeroll.

Sorry for the inconvenience but existing/non-tracked accounts are not eligible for the freeroll. I, myself can not play as my PokerStars account isn't tracked but at this point in time PokerStars does not allow re-tracking. Sorry again.

What icu123 said is "correct". But, remember you have to have it all finalised in time before the tournament. By all mines set up your PokerStars account with our code but you may have left it to late to get it finalised in time as the tournament starts at 12th of October, 17:00 GMT.
