Warning: Long post (sry).
So last week I went on holiday for the first time in years. I wanted somewhere different, somewhere warm and where the people are friendly..... I chose Gibraltar.... good choice 
As we approach the pilot announces to us that the runway at Gib is very short and that the landing has to therefore be quite aggressive with lots of noise, but don't let that worry us, hmmm nice, thanks for that! At this point I can't seem to get the roadrunner tune out of my head for some reason.
The landing was aggressive but the deceleration actually hugely impressive & I lived to moderate another day, all good.
It was a windy 12C & peeing down with rain when I left London still shivering despite being decked out in my Full Tilt Ironman 3in1 winter coat, 2 & 1/2 hours later and I disembark to 28+C Sunny dry Gibraltar in October, sweet, but why on earth did I bring that coat with me lol damn stupid Englishman!
Was met at the airport by 2 of our awesome Community Managers, namely Hadi & Hannes, unfortunately Michael was ill with flu but I'd catch up with him later in the week.
As head moderator I've worked closely alongside these guys for many months and it was so great to finally meet them all in person. I cannot stress highly enough what a tremendous job these guys do for all of us members, they do so much behind the scenes to help us and provide us all with so much added value & content. Huge respect guys

Hadi took me on a guided tour of the office and it was my great priviledge to meet all of the team, including but not limited to Korn (Founder and CEO of PokerStrategy), xantos (Confidential blog amongst many great things, awesome blog check it out), OnkelHotte (Head of Education/content), the other language communities, coaching, video production, b2b etc, and ofc two very good friends of mine namely vhallee & SoyCD (previous English Community CM's for the benefit of newer members who perhaps didn't know).

Had an awesome few days split between sightseeing, spending a few hours in the office & out to restaurants in the evenings. My grateful thanks in particular to Hadi, Hannes, Michael, Vhallee, SoyCD, Ribbo, Andreas & Dutch CM Arjon for your companionship & great humour not to mention the beers and food

Huge thanks to everyone in Gibraltar for their kindness & friendship and for ensuring I had an internet connection so didn't get forum withdrawal symptoms ♦. Had an awesome time and hope we will see each other again soon.
Now back to the day job

While wandering around in the casino I found an employee whose secret mission might be to develop a new Kitty-Glitter-Slot-Strategy. To protect his privacy I censored his eyes and beard.
I tried to take a picture once in the casino and they almost kicked me out...unfair

Michael, fyi you can take pictures in the casino but not of the customers (unless they agreed of course).
