I suggest you open up the equilator and look at how a 5% range actually looks ;).

You'll find that actually there arent any bluffs. This is a 5.3% range:
88+,AJs+,KQs,AKo

However, I still think the call with JJ IP is fine.

I think it is. Raising doesn't make much sense as there are almost no worse hands in his range (even 88-TT might not automatically stack off) and if we fold on a flop like this we should definitely rather muck it preflop.

This depends on whether he is capable of 2ndbarreling AK, but I think the fold is the best play on the turn.

There are 6 combinations of AA and KK each, 3 combinations of QQ, 3 of AQs and 3 of KQs, so a total of 21.
He could even 3bet more preflop, given the positions.
If we include AQo and KQo in his range there are 9 additional combinations of AQo and KQo each, so the total number of valuecombinations is 39.

AKo has only 16 combinations and he is probably not even betting those 100% of the time.

So while we have a close call equitywise, 29/(54+29+29)= 0.259= ~26% he might be bluffing less often on the turn (therefore our equity would be worse) and additionally we might not be able to see a SD sometimes when he decides to bluff again on the river (we can not call a riverbet).
