lol every1 just wants to make fun of me haha. Oh man. Well i know im much better than my first hand online, and much better than the 100th hand online, there is definately a lot of improvement, and i think i do good in Sng/tournament type of games judging by free rolls, small buy in's, 1$ sng's...
My goals are pretty realistic, at first i want to get winning this limit down, and follow strict bankroll policies.
in total i've played more than 800 hands online, 400 were on my other pokerstars account, won 55 cents with free rolls, doubled it with 2c hyper turbo tourney, brought it up to 3.72 cents and lost to some higher full house, big hit and then i simply lost the 1$ left.
I consider myself a beginner but Ive played 35k hands (thats only on partypoker tho.. all together i must have played at least 100k hands) in cash games and its an upswing and downswing... did you stick to bankroll management or did you just chase after your losses? Thats the worst thing you can do. If you start losing, STOP. Start again the next day or 2 days later, but dont continue with that pissed off tilted frame of mind, its no good.
Something else Id like to add is, PATIENCE. You just started, you still need tons of experience anyway to play the higher limits, so just develop your game and analyse it. Just make a deposit, whatever you can afford and slowly work your way up sticking to bankroll management. It's the best way really. You need that discipline to succeed in the long run.
Chill out man! As people have said in this thread, 500 hands is NO sample size! I've played 75k hands or thereabouts and i'm still a massive beginner. Just keep studying and playing well and you will see a noticeable improvement in your skill level, and therefore your winrate. ♦ Good luck!

i though this was a joke, but now i think its real 
look your going to win some an lose some in poker you could easily lose more then you win due to bad luck so if your going to be shocked at losing or winning 75cents im guessing you wont be the best poker player like probaly very easy to bluff, afraid to call large bets etc,, you must be not afraid of losing

Man get some volume up, study articles, play a lot more hands and stop looking at your bankroll after every pot u win or lose 
You appear to be suffering of two problems:
1 you tilt because of bad beats/ fishy play
2 due to a small sample size you seem to be winning little or no money. (winning one big bot could double your winrate after 466 hands, and losing one, could obliterate it entirely)
If you actually have a good knowledge of ABC poker (read the basic and bronze articles use the SHC stc...) and you can play focussed, multitabling might solve both of your problems.
Opening 4 tables would increase your volume to about 240 hands per hour, andd you don't have the time to obsess over a bad beat since there wil be other tables to occupy your mind.
Furthermore, I suggest you stop watching your br after every hand and focus on your play: played a hand right but got sucked out on the river and lost 30 cents?= GOOD (profitable in the long run) made a stupid play and sucked out yourself and made a 30c profit= BAD (losing in the long run)
And don't bother with your bb/100 hands under 5000 hands played. And even then it is still subject to great variance.
well said! I'm begginer too, and playing on pokerstars, but they don't track how many hand i play (only that session), so i wonder is there any soft who can track hands and save it so i could analyse it later?

@OP, if your goal is to try and make a dollar a day, thats so hard to do at 1c/2c. I mean, if you steal the blinds, your only going to make 3 cents... so your going to have to do that 34 times! thats just a waste of time really.
you should take your $50, and go sit on a $1/$2 table using SSS. it's been proven that it's profitable to do this, then all you need to do is steal the blinds once (and those guys play super tight so it's easy to do) and boom! your up $3! it's not worth your time sitting on the little games when you say you have a good game so u could probably beat the bigger games anyway

nobody gets rich by stealing blinds, pisht its more then easy to make a dollar a day playing 1/2c think about thats $365 a year, but i do agree i reckon if you play like you dont want to lose a cent for a start i would recomment mtt's and sng's defo not cash games, i cant remember the last time i seen a great cash game player who is a brick and afraid to gamble, you need to have some aggro in you like dwan jungleman ivey antonious etc there all great cash game players because over there feared aggression, some times you got to lose a dollar to know your opp then win 2 $ ill sum it up in a methaphor >> you cant make an omlette with mesing up the kitchen <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< dam i talk some shite but i think at least one sentence there can be a help>>>>>>

I do micro manage my BR, but i try not to do it now. I was angry but overall trying to be funny, like the 88 cents thing, its supposed to be humourous dunno why ppl get so angry. Also the advice i should sit down and steal blinds on NL50 or that i use SSS on those tables is crazy im not doing that kinda thing. Overall my goal is to play break even on these limits tight as possible till i can eventually have an understanding and make profits.
I think multi tabling would be good because usually i lose my money from boredom with endless cold streaks of decent cards to play. That is one suggestion that could be useful to me.

i like you attitude, but maybe you should give sng's mtt's a shot i think they play better for the tight players, i think you play on full tilt so full tilt doesnt have doulbe up sng's but other sites have doulbe up sng's and they tend to favour the tight players especualy the small staked ones

DoN's are the worst game to play if you want to learn to play poker. They are pretty decent for grinding up a bankroll tho.

I can play basic enough poker that i can float around break even for sure. Usually i float around 75 cents to 1.25 above 50, if i come down i win back up to the same amount.
I want to have enough consistency or dominance in this limit so i can steadily win money and a decent enough rate....not like 1 cent everyday haha.

I would say the advice of playing more than 1 table helped. Although i pay more blinds, i just happen to get better cards more often enough that they help me out. Also, i played the SS tables with 0.40 min buy in for the .2 BB, went in with 0.50 and doubled up a couple of times. I'd say thats where my real profit came from today, after losing a dollar with Pocket Aces to some guy flopping a K10 full house.
in total lost 80 cents to full house, doubled up a few times with 50 cents, won small pots here and there got up to 52.00 now. Thats a good day lol.
