i also live in the philippines.. off the main island where boracay is a part of..
and living on 2000 USD a month is totally living like a king in cebu...
everything is so damn cheap especially if you earn in dollars and spend it in peso..

you should be in cebu on january third week. Sinulog Festival. and stay at waterfront hotel and casino for the sinulog.
a lot of poker tourneys. a lot of drunk friendly hot ladies.

1k usd will be good for a weeks budget for the festival. hotel transport and a bit of gambling
just got back from Bohol Alona beach ( mini boracay of Bohol with lots of foreingers and great party atmosphere + white sands )
is TwiceT coming also? looking forward to partying with you guys here in cebu.
although i won't be able to accompany you the whole time since i'm being groomed by my dad to take over the family business, i'll make sure i can get some free time and party with you hahaha

I am from Dagupan City in Pangasinan, Philippines but living in England now.
If you have a chance visit my city as well around mid-April to mid-May because of the city festival - live band everynight on the seaside, 24/7 alcohol, $10-$15 for a hot teen girl (older is cheaper...lol). Dagupan city is 24/7 open (incl night life)
And if you want to stay for more than a month, you can stay at my house which is at the middle of the city - very accessible, 10mins to the beach, walking distance to the city center, 5 bedrooms bungalow. One room got everything on it with private access and key while other rooms is shared kitchen and 2 x toilet & bathrooms....i will accept $55 incl all bills per calendar month and on top of that you can stay for free on my country bungalow house as well .
