Any reason to think we are beaten on the turn? What do you think about betting after villain forgoes cbet on flop?

thanks

A lot of regs on rush c/f a bounch of flops, so betting flop is good. As to his turn c/r, I've seen a lot of similar moves with strong draws, so I would call too.

yeah, his line doesn´t make sense at all, so I would likely also call
I think you can also shove turn for value although likely b/c turn and calling shove on black river card has higher expectation. Also you can bet again river for value smt like 5-10$ and call shove, since you should be ahead most of the times but if you think you gain more if you see his hand then river check is also fine

He had 99 here for turn bluff. I dont think he calls any bet on the river with this hand, but maybe I'm wrong.

Do you think he tries to get me to fold Jx since he does not put Qx hands in my range to call on the flop, or just a random bluff (he is a reg)?

with 99 he should call 5$-10$ river bet getting these odds, since he can also put you on draw
I think he doesn´t really have good reason why to c/r turn. he just knows he can´t call any more and instead of c/f he tries to force out some better hands and also of course you can have there draws that would b/c turn with worse hands
