(a) if you don't already have it get HEM or PT3.
(b) play at least 20k hands
(c) post your stats.
Suggest you also start a bit lower in stakes than 1/2 and 2/4.
Looks like you have no bankroll management whatsoever and just play whatever feeling like. Too lazy to analyze premium stats, 
is this a joke??? I haven't seen anything gone bad resultwise, what went bad playwise would also be a joke to ask for since you don't even take it seriously yourself. Play lower limits before you lose your roll, read article on BRM and basic play, play a couple of thousand hands, then ask for help
