Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.02/$0.04 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU$3.74:///////;SB$1.32:///////;BB$2.37:///////;UTG1$2.97:///////;UTG2$7.45:///////;MP1$4.04:///////;MP2$4.20:///////;MP3 (Hero)$5.38:///////;CO$1.30:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A:h, J:c.
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.16, CO folds, BU calls $0.16, 2 folds, BB folds.

Flop: ($0.38) 5:d, 8:c, A:c (2 players)
Hero bets $0.24, BU raises to $0.48, Hero calls $0.24.

Turn: ($1.34) 8:d (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $0.36, Hero folds, BU gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $1.34.

Should I fold on the flop here ? Didn´t know much about this guy, it was on the start on the session, but later on it showed he was quite tight. I think only set beats me here, since its unlikely he had AQ or AK cuz he would 3bet me PF.

hy mate

there is no reason to fold this hand ...he was probably on FD making block bet on turn ..i would 3-bet him on turn to protect from draws

Hello there,

Thanks for your reply

Atm I am trying to balance my game. Once I am over aggresive and try to bluff every pot that I didn´t won by cbet.

I realized this is stupid, so now I am trying to fix this leak.

Need to find the right balance :)

Hello crodady,

Actually I don't really like the way you played the hand, what card of what did you want to hit on turn, what what you planned to continue? As played rather fold it on flop and as you continued then rather Call the turn Bet also, he may pick with any kind of FD such line also, or maybe even with weaker Ace.

Best regards.
