Hello, I recieved a starting capital about 1 year ago but lost it. I know want to deposit onto that account. Do I still recieve Rake Back and a 100% bonus?

You wont get a bonus (atleast I did not)
Starting capital counts as first deposit for bonus purpose
u will get rake, and u will get your bouns...if u dont get the bonus automaticly, contact them via mail for bonuses, and they will relese a bonus on your acc. they did so for me

Nowadays you will get a first deposit bonus and rakeback as well.
However this might be different for you, as your account there is older. You will get rakeback after the deposit but for the first deposit bonus you will need to contact Full Tilt Poker directly:
