is the MTT multi-entry? if so thats why, HEM doesn't support multi-entry yet.
I had the same problem, according to the HEM support forums, they a still working on a fix. I honestly think it's a shame that HEM didn't sort this out prior to the "Double Guarantees"-week on FT. At the same time, PT3 has been working perfectly with the multi-entry format.
