I think it is a good idea to end this year with the coaching's results and some afterthoughts. I am merging some things in 1 post and I am not going to do a 101 tutorial on everything as I think exploring things yourself with a little guidance is doing the most optimal job 
First things first with this post I also announce that from 1st of February onwards I will stop coaching the Silver coachings due several reasons I wish not to disclose. So that means that I only will be doing the bronze coachings from that moment.
I am pretty sure a suitable replacement will be found but I think he/she doesn't have Hermione as avatar 
So cutting to the chase let's present the 10NL-25NL-50NL results:
-> 10NL 9-max ($0.05/$0.10)
= 3.4bb/100
-> 25NL 9-max ($0.10/$0.25)
= 2.5bb/100
-> 50NL 9-max ($0.25/$0.50) + 20bb CAP
= 5.1bb/100
You also might have encountered a -0.2bb/100 at $100NL Shorthanded at my PTR. I've lost a chunk of money there yes but reading my blog will display that it was my first shot and that improvements already have been made 
Since we obviously have the most hands on the 50NL coachings, let's use that database to analyze some spots. I mean 5bb/100 is nice but 7bb/100 is even more ''nice''
For people possessing any other manager program than HEM: You can't really do this yourself for your own database as I use HEM Filters and Im not sure if the others have this!
Let's see how if there is anything significant through my Year in terms of play:
1) I played more hands in Q1 than in Q4 mainly because I 24tabled sometimes as well
2) significant VPIP/PFR differences if we look from Q1->Q2->Q3->Q4. First reason is poin 1): Multitabling. More tables someone plays, less control someone has on the tables hence sees less spots to open up
Second reason is that natural development. Every poker player aims to improve their plays. Whether it is psychology, math, simple logic etc. I resulted for me to increase my VPIP/PFR by 3.5 points in the end.
So ehm let's look at this:
I lost money at point 5, 6 and 7. Why? Because I was on the blinds and folded or I just lost matchups.
I lost 32 stacks at point 7 because I played 2/1.5 versus 2 raisers. That means: UTG+1 opens, CO 3bets, Gervinho on SB/BB ?. Well if UTG+1 opens a theoratically 7%, CO 3bet range is narrow hence MY 4bet range should be as narrow as KK+ due the fact that A) I dont have FEQ due my stack, B) Equitywise QQ-JJ just dont give me enough EV to be +EV
For those of you who never had a look at this:
This is THE and the ONLY way to look at your Luck/Losses/Spots statistical wise. Imo Fuck the EV-line. 1) People look at their EV line with 10k hands sample, really? With Shortstacking you need around 75k+, With Bigstacking you need much more. DUCY?
2) Working away from the tables is fundamental. Just play play play like a bot makes you in fact a bot. Trial & Error is sooooo stupid nowadays with loads of content scattered around and tools that gives you an eye opener.
Just looking at the EV-line doesn't make you a better player. It is quite the contrary: It makes you lazy and it ignites emotion in negative sense
With emotion it is either this:
''OMG I run so bad because I run below EV in my TWO-THOUSAND hand session, yadiyadiyada *Turns on Skype* Hey PokerFriend #2 I run so bad these periods and if it doesn't stop I might get broke. I hope for the best blabla'' --> Anger, frustration, feeling one can't do much about this
OR
''MUAHAHHA i run above EV, guess I get some payback time today compared to yesterday and the day before yesterday. I sucked out with my A:dQ:d versus someone's A:sA:c but hey he was a prick anyway annoying me with a lot of 3bets. *Writes in Blog* Hey guys look at this graph, I'm cruising through the limits in notime 
--> over-confidence , laziness because one doesn't have to change something to his game when it ain't broken ay?
So without further adue. Let's remove the blindlosses. That means @HEM Add Filter ''VP$IP = True''
Looks good. I make money when stealing, isolating, squeezing, 3betting, 4betting, shoving preflop with multiple limpers etc.
More interesting is where I DID not put money in pot hence:

What does this say?
* I post money in the CO and lose money in 6.5k hands at -2bb/100. my showdown winnings is $14 but that's because I maybe got dealt a genuine hand when I posted.
* At BB I lose at -66/100. if I just folded every BB, I would have lost 100bb so I actually saved 33bb
My showdown winnings is positive because one can hit 2pairs+
To counter -100bb/100 at BB, just be aggro
* At SB I lose just at standard rate. It is VPIP=false and I can't see a flop without investing any penny. Thing to fix is that the #hands of this filter is going to be reduced over time in ratio/%
The Squeeze
Now dig deeper and just analyze a funny spot: Squeezing.
@HEM - Clear Filters, Add Filter ''Did Squeeze = True''
To start with: 158 hands out of 60k hands, I DID squeezed. So why in the blue hell is my squeeze % around 8? If you look a the filter Could Squueze = True , divide the amount of squeezes you MADE with this number and multiply with 100
Regardless of NON-SD and SD, I make money. The more you squeeze the more it will tend to shift to NON-SD. I am not going to write why yadiyadiyada, just figure it out for yourself and ask me if you don't find a logical solution.
I took a random hand from those 158hands and I wanted to release EV-Avalanche calculations:

Standard squeeze. Regardless what happens, I make money. Guess I just had to grab some popcorn and watch the show
Now if you want to calculate how profitable OR IF your squeeze is profitable. You always have to use this formula:
EV = Pot*Foldequity + (1-Foldequity)[(eff.Stack+Deadmoney)*Equity – (eff.Stack*(1-Equity))]
A lot of math but you can break it down:
Preflop where everyone folded = Pot * FEQ
Then obviously when people don't fold that's = (1-FEQ)
You only can win your Effective stack + deadmoney from people who folded = (ES + DM )
You only can lose your effective stack = - ES
Now the Equity is stone-cold easy. Just Equilate it.
For this spot I predicted that either
ONE: my FEQ was high because PFA is playing 54/22 with 50% ATS ish. CCaller is 18/10 with capped range.
Or TWO: that my FEQ was rock bottom but my equity made it up for this.
Starting with Indigo Number One:
CCaller has a range of approx JJ-77,AQs-ATs,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,AQo-ATo,KTo+,QTo+,JTo which is 13% - 174 combo's
I think he will call my squeeze with JJ-99, AJs+,AJo+,KQs. That's 4% aka 54 hand combo's
Hence his FEQ is 1 - (54/174) = 69%
Against the maniac it gets a bit trickier. His range is super wide and we can't predict with what he is calling with. For worst case scenario sake let's use HIGH equity hands.
To negate variance a bit we use a 47% openrange from CO although stats say something different based on 157 hands.
That's approx. 44+, A2s+, K2s+, Q2s+, J5s+, T6s+, 96s+, 86s+, 76s, A2o+, K5o+, Q8o+, J7o+, T8o+, 98o aka 47% - 634 combo's
If we jam I think he will call me with MidPPs, Broadway Suited, high broadway offsuit.
So that is approximately 77+, A8s+, KTs+, A9o+, KQo aka 11.7% - 156 combo's
Hence HIS FEQ is 75% hence Total FEQ of the event is 52.5%
Now if we get called, I assume we are Heads-up because if PFA shoves then CCalling Villain will probably fold his marginal hand.
Now we get the following equity calculations:

Player 1: 63.700 % 61.544 % 4.312 % 34.144 % 77+, A8s+, KTs+, A9o+, KQo
Player 2: 36.300 % 34.144 % 4.312 % 61.544 % A:h6:hEquity Win Tie Loss Hand
Player 1: 67.247 % 65.475 % 3.543 % 30.982 % JJ-99, AJs+, KQs, AJo+
Player 2: 32.753 % 30.982 % 3.543 % 65.475 % A:h6:h
Now we have the numbers. Let's calculate!
Pot = $4.5
FEQ = 52.5%
PEQ1= 36.3%
PEQ2= 32.75%
Effective Stack = 11.4$
Deadmoney (rake incl.) = 2.25$
EV = +$2.3625 + (47.5%)[11.4+2.25*32.75%] - [11.4*67.25%]
EV = $2.3625 + (47.5%)[4.47 - 7.665]
EV = $2.3625 + 47.5%*-3.19$
EV = $2.3625 + -1.51
EV = +$0.84 == +1.5bb
Worst Equity case scenario we still win 1.5bb everytime we do this prank with A6s.
Changing your effective stack to 20bb and lower makes your EV even bigger because you lose money on PEQ share and with a reduced effective stack, you lose less
To conclude: Looking at specific spots rather than just the $, EVline, #hands - one can increase his winnings by at least 1bb/100 till 4bb/100 if you plug your leaks actively.
It once again shows that active learning/plugging leaks has the best result.

@ Gerv: The week before Friday, you have showed us how to conduct equity calculations using Pokerstove and find out the odds (and almost everything behind related) by explain clear and in details all the passage and the theory behind it. Because the argument was so fascinated and well explained we asked during the coaching if were the possibility to put on write in the forum as it was very difficult take note of all that. Obviously, now with Xmas incoming I don't know if it will be the case to stress you with stuff (of course I dont think so ;)) like that and I am sure it will be again an occasion to review all, so if you coaught yourself in some "how boring" mode and you got a spare time, taught, otherway, we must waiting for another time

It is unfortunate you couldn't join but I heard many times from you that you cannot make the coaching because of the timezone. 2 AM isn't that late compared to 4 or 5 AM. Isn't possible to join just 1 coaching for the very least in those 52 weeks?
Because PokerStrategy wants to reward its members to attend the public coaching it offers, I cannot disclose an essay on this topic. You are ofcourse welcome to ask it in the coaching of any SSS coach yourself.
The content given in those coachings are well worth the effort of joining.
