Read the discussion on mindset and stuff, and I have one thing to say that I just came to think of.
If you're a poker pro and have learnt to accept losing when you're a 97% favourite, why do you have such a hard time to accept that you also feel bad in RL sometimes? It's perfectly logical and it's nothing that makes you less of a human. I think it's even good sometimes because if you would never feel bad, i mean really feel bad, then u would never know when you feel realy good, because you would always be feeling good about it and therefore just recognise the good feelings as normal behaviour.
When your goal seems to be to not feel any emotions, you should also feel very worried whenever you are happy that you win a big pot with a suckout, but I guess you don't.
Just my thought on the topic.
