Hello,
I just registered, deposit and went to play poker but it wont transfer my funds to the poker account and now it won't even allow me to log in ?!It says my account is blocked? What is wrong ?!!? It took Unibet like 5mins to *impress* me....

Hey,
it's sorted out now, nevermind the fact it took sooooo much time... It turns out, I had to sent some ID,address proof etc. The thing is, they didn't notify me why my account was blocked and I only got an answer after I wrote a couple of mails and left some msgs on the dead chat, oh and ofcourse no notification on the unblocking as well... Best support ever imo. Not sure whether to instantly start the month long (I'm sure) procedure on withdrawing or actually play some there..
