Let's say we are MP with 77. UTG raises to 1,25$, we call, everyone folds and BB 3bets to 8$, UTG folds. Is calling that 6,75$ +EV move?

If you think he has KK+ then maybe it is. But in most cases it isnt and you will be the one making the mistakes here not him really. Fold
I usually go for the 13x stack rule with pocke pairs. So you would need to be 8x13 effective.
This 3bet is way too big to setmine without reads IMHO. If BB would 3bet to 5$ (4x), I would probably call.
Nope, unless your 100% sure he only has AA in this spot which you can't be so easy fold.
