J9 vs maniac and loose player

Preflop: Hero is BB with J♥, 9♦
CO folds, BU calls, SB raises, Hero calls, BU calls.

Flop: (6,00 SB) K♥, 9♠, 5♦ (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, BU calls, SB 3-bets, Hero calls, BU calls.

Turn: (7,50 BB) A♦ (3 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, BU calls.

River: (10,50 BB) 2♥ (3 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, BU calls.

Final Pot: 13,50 BB

Preflop: i decide to call because both players are bad and i need to pay just one SB.

Flop: i raise for value hoping that the BU will fold behind me. Then BU calls i didnt know how bad he really is so put him on K bad kicker, pair of 9 or worse or some gutshot. After SB 3bet the pot was really big and i didnt want to fold because he may 3bet some bluffs or worse 9 but at the same time I wasnt sure if he would 3bet OOP vs 2 players so light.

Turn: The A wasnt the best card but still i though SB can have enough worse hands in his range and BU would have raised alot of Aces preflop.

River: blank so i call once again.

should i played it differently? Maybe raising turn to try kick BU of better hand and taking free SD?

i like the flopraise to get BU out of the hand and also for value against that SB maniac. after SB 3bets and BU flatcalling that i easily fold the turn. BU looks like he's probably got the king, i dont see him calling a bet/raise and 3bet with just a gutshot, and other than that the flop is rather dry.

I would call flop, board is dry. Turn is fold for me.

flopraise is mandatory. you have to protect your hand against BU and with middle pair and middle kicker you are ahead 3way and you have to kick off hands like JT QT that bu could hold. flopraise is actually a no brainer and on the turn i would have called again by 1:9,5 odds and the chance to be still ahead.

bu is likely to have JT QT QJ. he seems fishy on the current stats and with 44 wts he could definitely have JT QJ QT in his range which is a big portion of his range. but with 18 PFR he was supposed to raise these hands but nevertheless he could have them as well as he may have 79 89 67 87 T9 and enough worse hands. SB is an absolute retard he could almost have anything. for 1:12,5 on the river you made a right call on the river.

with a different constellation of opponents you could have folded the turn or river but against those 2 i don't see any option but calling it down.

it wouldve been an easy fold on the turn tho vs a BU raise`? his range should be pretty polarized between sets and those gutshots imo...

Fold preflop. Both players are bad but allso very SD-bound, and J9o has no SD value, and you are not getting 7.5:1 to call an offsuit 1-gapper.
