seriously having a bad day, wanted to play some poker. lost $50 playing NL10... it was insane, AA's cracked, best hand on the turn 4 times and sucked out on the river all-in. i had set over set get beat by quads, flush beat by straight flush... was a great day to say the least.

$50 is 5 stacks on NL10. That's a standard downswing. Perhaps you should improve your bankroll management and then it won't seem like such a hit. Believe me if you take losing 5 stacks to heart you going to find much worse days ahead when you realy hit a downswing.
i just needed to vent, which is why we have the downswing forum. i started playing after a long break, and am not really that worried. i just had a shitty day all together and this kinda topped it off. my bankroll is the standard size for NL10, i didn't skip up any limits. i started at the lowest and worked up
