in these situations where i have a GS with 2 broadways and initiative i tend to bet the turn since you cant profitably c/call here and with the c/call move you instantly reveal your hand. so i decide to bet here since i get better hands to fold (PPs, 7x etc) plus i could still be ahead.

You cant get a better hand to fold here imo (namely PPs and eights, cause there aint any better Ahighs on this turn than yours).
Pocket pairs will only fold if T, A or J peels of on river along with KQ board. But afc then you already have them beat.

With bet you get value/protect against JT/AJ and some spade draw.
With check you get some Ax that peeled flop to bluff and some low pairs to checkback.
Havent checked equilator but i think ur not favourite on this turn against CO range, but have enaugh EQ to check/calldown. So imo better to c/calldown as there are close to none better hands thats call you and very few of those that you can get value from - so no real point in betting.

c/c is fine since you can't really play bet/fold with ~7outs but c/c in that situation means - i discussed that situation with a professional handevaluator in the german forum -. he is really competent and plays HU up to the highstakes. c/c is fine as long as you include c/c's with madehands into your range. you should sometimes checkraise with strong hands and against showdownnits it could be a good line to checkraise with AJ to make Qx or a PP to fold. with 99 TT you should c/c as wel sometimes and AQ is a good hand to checkraise since a tag will rarely 3bet with KT KJ and you might get 1BB more out of QT QJ.

c/c is ok but keep in mind to balance your check with check/calls and checkraises!

If he bets what about river if blank came? c/f or c/c again

without a read i would first call it down but the question is how smart your opponent is and whether he thinks - according to your image - that you can fold AT and AJ on the river. thus he might barrel twice with a smaller Ax, with J9s or JT. i would c/c on a blank river since your range is so transparent.
