He was like 25/12 Should i just c/f river? the bet was for slim value but i think a c/f is probally ok b/c i dont really think he'll bluff

why bet so little flop and turn? If he is a fish, he is never folding a FD here, neither does he fold Ax.

I don't like the river value bet against a passive fish either. If you think he calls down with any ace, you only beat half of the Ace combos (so the bet is neutral EV) which he probably check behind, and you're beaten by flushes (everything else probably just fold). So your river bet is EV-.

Yeah, think we can bet $6 on flop and - as played - $12-13 on turn.
River is tricky since - depending on how fishy he is - he can sometimes call with underpairs as well in which case there is more value from a bet.

But overall i agree that ch/f is best. Unless we have seen him do it, I think safe assumption is that he has no bluff range here and when he bets its 2pair+ always.

Agree cindy and Tim, bet bigger on flop&turn for value.
On the river it's close. C/f is an option, but if he was a bit looser I'd also blockbet, probably a bit smaller though. Even $8 seem good to me, after all we want some underpair to call again.
