I'm still unsure on your point, I'm sorry about that.
If you have a complaint or are alledging some kind of fraud by a member of PokerStrategy, please drop our support team a message using the ticketing system.
If the member in question is still awaiting their free starting capital, they would need to contact our support team themselves, it is not something that you can do for them.
If you prefer to write in your native Portugese, that should be ok as we have multi-lingual help supporters.
