2p2 is not very helpful...

How am I supposed to improve my game if when I post a hand, I get mostly very brief general answers with no

How is "Lol call. poker easy" supposed to help me?

Last time I checked, poker was a very complex game that requires detailed analysis of multiple variables,

so where do I go to talk to someone that actually realizes this, or am I just screwed and on my own?

Furthermore, ANYONE can post on 2p2, and a lot of them THINK they know what they are talking about but

difference? It just seems like there's a bunch of idiots and a-holes on 2p2 with very few nice intelligent

genuinely helpful people here.

Maybe I am just asking for too much to get any real help on this site?

I agree with you to a certain extent.. but you can find everything you need (hand reviews, strategy, etc) here on PokerStrategy.. So I wouldn't worry too much. Twoplustwo does have some quality content (concept of the week for example), but for the rest you won't be missing out by not going there..

2+2: NVG = place to flame people more successful than you

2+2: BBV = place to flame losers and suck balls of ppl who post 100k+ graphs

2+2: HSNL strat discussion = place for ppl w lots of money discuss about sushi restaurants.

2+2: SHNL strategy discussion = place for all "cool" regs to flame all uncool regs

2+2: FRNL = FR is kinda gay so they are all like family there

2+2: HUNL = everyone thinks everyone sucks except them, main entertainment comes from whining about getting hit and run, no action, and occasional HU4rolz, which obv never happens.

2+2: PLO start discussion = theres still plenty of fish in PLO so they are still kinda helpful here

And according to wikimedia, this is in fact... a picture of a cat

some of them don't know what they are talking about. they tell you an action they'd do, but have no idea why, just cuz it seems right. i go there to look at the forums and stuff but and strategy advice you'd need is here. the ppl are generally nicer as well.

Hey falcon879,

it's best to take 2+2 as what it is:
the largest English language forum on poker with good basic moderation but no professionals helping you (as it's an open community approach).

If you prefer a little more help and service, why not try out our forums?
Our downside of course is that we're not 100% open (status restrictions for forums on various limits), but experienced players can earn the statuses and the needed points quickly.

And our upside is our desire to deliver great service - and hopefully mitigate the negative effects you seen at 2+2.
