Just a quick update before I go get some sleep.

I feel really tired but I feel I played pretty good the last few days. I have looked at my stats and they look good as well

I have started working out and do a session everyday. It should as well as keeping me healthy help me focus.

I am hoping for an early rise tomorrow and to hit the tables when I am fresh and dandy.

Are you going to post any graph ? :)
I am also very interested in your stats - VPIP/PRF etc.
Working out is a must ! Otherwise you will have only you finger muscles trained.
Also it will make you feel better therefore improve your game for sure. _cool:
Good luck!

Hi, yes there are plans to posts graphs. atm I am working on my mindset and posting my February graph is very unlikely to help that side of things . So when my minset is back on track or when the graphs are back to look healthy (it probably will go hand in hand anyway) you should see some graphs.

I will not post my stats here. I got Gerv looking at them regularly to spot leaks, and I know roughly what I want them to look like.

As for working out, it helps a lot I feel a lot better.

note to self: stop banging my head on the shelf (not good for me).

today so far I have been buried in paper work and phone calls, and despite wanting some grinding done I need to get that nasty stuff out of the way. after a lot of stress getting my 2year old and 10 year old girls ready for school this morning, I decided to tackle this month bills other paper work to get it out of the way (More stress lol but I'd rather have this stress out of the way)

I am going to start playing part of my hands at NL50. I will mix between Nl25 and Nl50, depending of my state of mind.

I hand my first session at NL50 (just 30 minutes) and things went well.

I did not make my target list as well for this month so here we go:

[x]daily workout session
[ ] incorporate jogging at least once a week into workout program
[x] get back to NL50
[ ] get back to playing 4 tables
[ ] take home some profit this month
[ ] get ironman status

I also need to add now:

[ ] stay at NL50

but I wont hesitate to go down if the bankroll drops again.

I have a massive hand review planned for today, so I will probably have a few hands to post. So far things are going well but since I try to put quality over quantity at this point I am really prone to variance so time will tell if it is really going well or I am just on a heater

Yesterday was a very productive day.

  • studied a video on 6 max (interesting how relevant it was to my game thought )
  • studied some articles
  • had a coaching session (sweat)

all of them seem to revolve around the same subject

reasons to bet or justifying the actions taken or again planning the hand.

I was happy with my game yesterday and the hand review coming up today will hopefully confirm a good play:D

today I have a lot planned:

  • taking my little girl swimming and the ice skating
  • hand review
  • study another 6 max video but this time of live play.
  • read some more
  • grind
  • grind
  • grind and grind some more

I probably will post a few hands during the hand review.

@ T: against unknown I'd shove against a resteal with JJ but I'd be interested to see how many tables villain is playing or any other tell hero might have.

Hero ($22.20)
SB ($20.25)
BB ($54.90)

Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 9 players) Hero is BTN Q♣ K♥
4 folds, MP3 raises to $1.50, CO calls $1.50, Hero raises to $4.50, 2 folds, MP3 calls $3, CO folds

Flop: 9♣ 6♥ 5♥ ($11.25, 2 players)
MP3 goes all-in $8.55, Hero calls $8.55

Turn: Q♦ ($28.35, 2 players, 1 all-in)

River: K♦ ($28.35, 2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $28.35

2♠ 2♦
Hero shows two pair, Kings and Queens
Q♣ K♥

Hero wins $26.95 (net +$13.90)

MP3 lost $13.05
CO lost $1.50

oops luck helped a little, but he could really have any 2 there except something strong

In the next hand, villain is 41/35 fish and on the dead board i think I have some showdown value. The flop bet is standard, but I think that as soon as I check I will face a big bet so I decide to block bet turn and river forcing him to call most pp's and giving lolol odds to call with 2 over cards

BTN shows
Q♣ K♦
Hero shows a full house, Fours full of Threes
3♣ 3♠

Hero wins $15.45 (net +$7.70)

BTN lost $7.75

I thought I might be facing a pp but he might as well call me with so much crap because of lolol odds. It worked

and finally: villain has 80% steal from SB, so I could not let him get away with him all the time. unfortunately this time he had the rockets! unfortunately? really?

I thought this guy was playin MSS doesn't seem like it to me. Are you leaving the table when you win x amount of $$ and if so have you ever run out of tables to play? What I mean and, you probably already know, is most sites have a thing where if you were already at the table with a certain buy in and leave when you try to go back to that table you need to buy in with a certain ammount.

Is the MSS strategy going to be added to and posted in the strategy section like the SSS?

1) he plays FR rush so he has no problem with rejoining tables or tableselecting

2) MSS strategy is already avaliable

just had a little session and for the first time in a very long time it really felt like been on A game. and it was really fishy which was nice even though I suck out a few times. I need to keep playing like that.

lol at this hand.

this guy is loose and I am not too sure what he did (apart from sucking out), anyway I had a read that he calls weak hands like SC or Axs. Basically his range is pretty wide.

I think he could have hit a draw or still be happy with his A high and call there.

but when I see his cards, I just bursted out laughing. even after the river (although disappointing) I was still laughing.
