In start of september 2010 i recieved my startin capital from you onto a EP sit.Since then i have been playin there till now (surely more then 3months.and i dont have 1000SP for conditions of keepin the startin capital) .But still i got startin capital on my EP account+some winings.Why they didnt take that startin capital back?Its becouse nowadays you cant send your startin capital to EP? Isnt now my account somehow degenerated 
, so i wont be able to withdraw , even if i meet withdrawal conditions?

You are right, you can't find this information on PokerStrategy.com website because you took part in this promotion at the time when Everest poker was still part of the free $50 starting capital promotion. However, to answer your question, if they retract your free $50 starting capital from your poker account then you will be able to withdraw only if you make a deposit. The requirement
