I find it most difficult to play hand like these with the MSS strategy. Since it was an UTG raise and there are 2 callers I obviously can't 3bet, but I do get very nice odds to call for setmining.
Now on the flop I don't really know what to do. I have a strong overpair and since no one 3betted I should be ahead barring a flopped set. But since it is a multi-way hand I'm very leery of putting all my money in the middle with just JJ. So I decide to check and see what the action is. Since the UTG checks and the 78/7 raises and the tight nit only calls I shove it when it get's returned to me
Should I play this differently? I can't really justify folding an overpair on a dry pair just because someone could have slowplayed QQ+ (sets are off course a worry...)mmm
