Neteller is one of the most popular payment provider. Its similar to Moneybookers, you ask which is better? Answer - its the same, use which you like better

Btw i have only moneybookers, can i create neteller acount if im from Ltihuania?

i would like to use netteler account. but i dont know how big are the fees.
and is it better than visa card .

Fees

Online transfers: free
Purchases with NETELLER eWallet or Net+ cards: free
Bank transfer deposits: free
Credit card or debit card deposits: 1.75%
Sending money to another person: 1.9% (minimum $1)
