Could be a troll but still
I just attempted to transfer my balance to another player who is a personal friend and lives elsewhere in Canada. I'll post here whether the transfer is approved.

It got declined. I have to wait until May 20th to "establish a successful deposit history," by which time Tilt will be bankrupt and not paying out any more. Oh, well.

It will happen only if all non usa players will run away like rats from sinking boat.

I'll try to put it in a simple way for you:
An average player from a wealthy country:
[X] Lots of money to deposit
[ ] Smart
[ ] Motivated
An average player from CHINA or INDIA:
[ ] Lots of money to deposit
[X] Smart
[X] Motivated
One thing is that we got the actual story(pokerstars n fulltilt got sued coz of cheatin..jewellery n golf balls..lol!!lol!! ♠_biggrin:). But did anybdy notice that both these platforms quickly stopped US players gettin on their website and are doing so much wrong if they don't give the players thier money back. Coz the players didnt do wrong, its the poker websites who cheated the system. N BTW every poker player shld sue them too i f they dont get their money back.

Lol, I just had a thought about the upcoming trials for all the owners, managers etc. of the poker sites. It's likely that 40% of the jury play online poker. The chances of a conviction are zero. Dunno about you, but if I were on a jury I wouldn't listen to a word of the evidence, I'd just vote not guilty at the end of it all.Actually, that might be a good message to get out in America. If you make the jury selection just say you've never played online poker in your life and then hang the friggin' jury at vote time. Come on, guys, get those youtube videos going!!

[Edited by EagleStar88]... its about money laundering/fraud. Not online poker. The best jurors are jurors that have never been involved in such cases so they can analyze the evidence
And you are not very bright, Sir! Without the "money laundering" not a single fucking US player would have been able to play on the sites. The so called "money laundering" was done for the benefit of the US market to enable them to play poker online and not for some underhand reason that the poker sites had. Sure, they make extra money from rake and fees generated by the american players but by having those players on board they also create a better playing environment. Anyone with half an ounce of comman sense will realise that "money laundering" is a trumped up charge with a fancy name to enrage the gullible, a group which you appear to be a member of.
Don't you like the fact that americans can play online? Have they been kicking your ass at the table so much that your view of things is so blurred that you resort to gloating over what has happened? Do you want to sit on the jury and scream "Guilty!!" in that high pitched whining voice you obviously have?
Anyone who thinks that the "money laundering" charge is legitimate is myopic to the point of needing a little dog and a white fucking stick. The truth of the matter is the american politicians screwed up bigtime when they made online poker and the transfer of money to the gaming sites illegal. Instead of embracing online poker and making it legal and therefore taxable, they shot themselves in the foot by outlawing it. Now they are screaming and crying and throwing their toys out of their pram because of the BILLIONS of dollars they have missed out on due to their draconian ideas concerning gambling and online poker. With a bit of common sense from them they could have had "a nice little earner" from online poker but instead they chose to turn their back on it and now they're looking for someone else to blame for their idiocy.
In future, if you want to insult me or anyone else with your childish name calling, please try not to make yourself look foolish by doing so. There isn't a single genuine online poker player in the USA who would vote to convict any of the accused of the so-called "money laundering" charge and to have no one at all on the jury who understands online poker and all that it entails is actually prejudicial against the defendants yet as an alleged poker player this is what you're advocating? Hmmm, if that is your attitude then maybe you don't belong here.
Right, I have said my piece to you and I don't intend to continue replying to anything you might have to say because with the kind of attitude you have I'm not really interested and I doubt others are too. If something about this situation has angered you (maybe you can't cashout?) then I suggest you direct your anger towards those responsible for it all, i.e. the US politicians and DOJ, and not take it out on those who have done their best to accomodate those struggling to enjoy their poker.
the goverment doesn't give a shit about what's right or fair, they want the cash and now this is their chance to do so.
It is just plain simple.
US players won't be accepted on any online poker site.
The biggest online poker rooms will now lose a majority of their players and will switch to non-US grounds. Like pokerstars all ready did with ".eu"
It wouldn't surprise me at all if the US players don't get their money and also if you think an US player can sue the poker sites then you are dead wrong again.
In the US you are not allowed to deposit your money for gambling. So if you deposited your money on a pokersite and you are from US, you broke the law just by depositing, to whom you gonna sue the poker sites?

its called a law and the poker sites broke the US law because they were greedy. When you make fake bank accounts its fraud and a scam. You re oblivious to the world around you. There are many things illegal in the US which are legal in other countries and that does not mean u can bend the rules and go around them...fck 2011 noob
I guess you're entitled to your opinion, as flawed as it might be. However, I need to correct you one one thing. I am well aware of what goes on in the world. Contrary to what you think you know, I am in fact ENGLISH and not American so my view isn't biased at all. I can play online poker anytime I want to but I can also sympathise with the American poker players that are being shafted by their own government who are now trying to blame the "wicked" poker sites for their own stupidity.
I'm done with you now but if you do reply or comment, please try to do so without the insults or name calling as such behaviour points to a low intelligence and a poor education.
