My taughts : she is fishing for the flush so I bet the pot to get her out of the pot. On the turn I go allin because I still feel I have the best hand.

Your taughts ?

Despite a few betsizing tweaks, the hand is perfectly fine. You raise preflop AJs (700 would be enough), than hit TPTK on a flop vs. 2 opponents where you have roughly 2x potsize behind.
I would cbet smaller (~1500), so that you can still fold, when both other players go allin. If only one player calls, I would push the turn like you when no diamond hits.

They are still a lot of worse hands which will call here.
Just because Villain has a better hand, or outdraws you, doesn't mean at all that the hand is play in a wrong way. It`s dangerous to judge your play this way, you should always contemplate the overall situation (which hands will call me here?).
E.g. if he calls flop+turn just with A :diamond:, this is fishy yes, but very good for us, since he is paying a high price and won't hit often enough.

I've played against that opponent before, they just call everything with one pair. In the long run if you play good hands against them, you'll come out on top. You just got sucked out on
