I like how you lose 115 buy-ins in 57 tournaments. You must be running really bad.

OP needs to take a break, feeling like that is not healthy

So wait.

You're making as much money, in the long run, as you'd like to, but short term swings are a problem for you? Even though to run at good roi you need to have some pretty sick upswings to make up for the downswings?

I dun ged it

No I'm not making anywhere near as much money as I'd like to. I have already emphasised how I have no clue how my ROI evens out because I almost NEVER have upswings. By and large I think most of it has been made up in 18 and 180 mans I've played in the last 12 months. I am 35% over my last 1k 18 mans which you could say is running fairly well, but they're so spread out with other games it's hardly been noticable. Obviously 1k over a year is sweet fa and isn't going to be noticable. And for the 180's, every single set I've played I've suffered the sickest beats say 21 out of 22 games or something, but I've WON the 1 remaining. Not just FT's but won. When I do get to a FT my rate of getting in the top 3 or heads up is damn good, but it comes with a million beats on all the other tables, so it is REALLY hard to see you're winning. Today I've had a little half arsed attempt at some MTT's, entered the $22 SCOOP and was playing very well when this hand occured:

The 9 was a great card cos with likely hands of T9, JT and QJ calling that flop bet, then the 9 increases the chances he's drawing with his stupid donk bet and is still likely to call my shove getting no odds at all, which he does, and well hello river not seen the likes of you before

Poker Stars, $20 + $2 NL Hold'em Tournament, 50/100 Blinds, 10 Ante, 9 Players

Then the $3r, we're down to 150 odd players from the usual 6000 or more, I'm doing pretty well, being quite active taking down pots regular, then I make this soul read call which is by no means an easy call and that's that! Awesome effort and skill down the fucking drain to a 26%er.

I experience only shit on full tilt. I will defo stay on stars. I finally found value for low stake player like me. All I have to do is to unite my BRs into one. Jumping from one site to another didn't help me much in past and being silver and above will offer me definitely more value..

Even though. My last hand was so fucking typical even on stars. I run like hell for first two hours in my session. Then suddenly I've lost every hand where I was ++. Like this one. I have 33 I raise 2.5 get raised rather big and calling just because I got value from one double limper. Now flop is 376 and just knowing what 3bet guy has I bet 1/2 pot with intention to get it in just on the flop. This guy of course shoves. I call. He shows QQ hand gets to river where he catches Q and I am again swearing like hell. Unfortunately this is typical for both sites. From these two I am inclined to trust more Pokerstars as they won't put you for one year long and counting losing streaks but let you win once for a while.. I wish they were more like Europoker, where RNG seems to be above average. Not sure if every site on Merge is that good but I wish to think so and in future will try them all..

Gl anyway bro. Don't let Full Tilt rob you no more and play your best game. You're doing good so far so keep it up!

I should change the thread title really as it's not just aimed a FTP, it's anywhere, really.

Full Tilt used to be my absolute saviour from Stars. On my 330 buy-in downswing in late 2009 I switched to FT and turned my $400 roll into $4k in just a few months. This was mostly playing 90-mans as it wasn't worth my while playing shallower games as I didn't get rakeback. I seemed to run really well in the 90's hitting a record amount of royal flushes and quads in a short space of time. Then when the cashback was introduced it was my chance to take my run good to the STT's. OMG was that a BIG mistake! Cue a 165+ bi swing that is still running right now, except I hardly play there lately. So I decided obv I run like hell in those I should stick to the 90's, but as everyone knows now the volume in those is totally killed by the new ROD SnG's. I really regret not just playing 90-mans like a lunatic 10 hours a day from 2009 onwards as shark365 showed it was easy to make $100k a year. Now that's nigh on impossible and doubtful it will ever return :(

you know better than me :) I am just saying..

I always ran better anywhere else. Only site that is connected with me losing significant amounts is full tilt.. And the latest runs just says to me that something is pretty much wrong. I thought in the past that Party is really on top of those rigged. I stood in one tourney against two Royals and one Quads. In one tourney. That time I was able to dodge them but when it was happening all the time I finally ended up losing my tiny $50 BR there and never came back. Lately I saw my mom playing there and nowadays seems fine.

Stars sometimes are odd but that's probably variance and RNG that just looks strange and can make those spewy runs of totally dead boards, cards etc.. But from all sites I've ever been on, apart from Devilfish's Full Tilt is the most oddestest site and I will always be working on killing them every possible way I can. They don't deserve to exist _biggrin:

Updated I am now down 100bis for May. After 4 months of my red line being almost double the green every single month across all accounts, I am obviously due a 100bi downsing for May....right? I mean that makes sense does it not? FMFL!!!!!!!!

i can suggest that you keep yourself from loggin into your fulltilt account for a week or two (or longer if u can lol) and see what happens.

coz we losing against odds longterm*..

* I was close to insult you in any way..

_cool:

On Pokerstars on Europoker I play the very same game that I apply on Full Tilt. I am able to win and cash in tourneys, cash games and when I go to Full Tilt. There's nothing but bad beats ranging from 2-15%. Yes. I play with edge when I go to the river. Usualy. So..

Tell me how it is possible to lose every single fucking made hand that you have?

There is no proof that FT is rigged.

Your BI is avg. of $20.71, so you're actually down 21.35 BI.
Sorry if my math's wrong, just want to help out :)

Good luck at the tables!
