So played a small session at 2:30 am

I was not drunk, but tired from going out. I will add a new rule:
I will not play when I am tired.

I dropped my BR to 189$. I do not think I played badly, it just really did not go my way. Session was only like 40 minutes long anyway... then I thought I might drop dead if I do not sleep.

This hand brought it negativly. I cannot figure this out properly... the thing is I wanted to slow play a bit on the flop... and got punished obviously.

about last hand: why not to re-raise to 4$? if he was fish then no need to slow play but as played i think he had Kx too.

And yeah I misplayed the hand... re-raise on flop would be better.. thats what you get for playing while falling asleep I guess

Yeah the hand it self was strange but thats what you can expect from fish...often regulars give fish the range they see themselfes having in that spot. turn pot bet is usual thing you will see from fish who c-raised and his hand might be beat but he anyways wont fold his trips/set or whatever he had. I very rearly see c-raise from fish w flush darw unless in this spot it was JTs, sure he might have KQ or AK but his range is so wide like any Kx. As hand played i would use stats and reads to make descision.

Hey Dragar I remember you. We both had blogs and we were playing the same stakes. I also took a 2 year break and have been playing again for about 3 weeks.

To explain this play:
Pre-flop this opponent raises a lot, and 3-bets my iso-raises... hence just completing was fine, I did not want to raise vs the 2 fishes who had huge VPIP. So I sometimes just call in this spot.

Flop I do not think he must have hit this since his range is wide... I opt for c/r because I remember him folding at a similar spot vs an opponent. He calls.. and I am like hmmmm ok hmmm, lets see what turn brings.

Turn is not great for me... I cannot properly rep the flush with me c/r on flop.. so I am about done with the hand as I don't want to continue anymore.. and I check... ahhhh he checks too wooot!!!

River I am turning my hand into a bluff on purpose... I am assuming he knows my flop c/r was a bluff by now since he is not a bad player.. so I bet into him trying to rep the A of spades or Q of spades.... he tanks and tanks and calls me super light.... insta quiting the table after ♦

Bit of reasoning for this play:
On a previous hand he raise sb to me and c/r me on the flop with complete bluff. I called him with K high since I was drawing and also called with K high on his turn barrel because I had even more outs then. I took it down after c/c river... and he thought I am a fish
Now for this hand I know he has me beat on flop, I give him atleast Tx or better. I am calling because I know he can't fold after anymore cause of our previous hand.... and then obviously turn card was lovely

Today's session was terrible....

I think I tilted... called an all-in with TT pre-flop and stacked of with QJ only having a J top pair lol. At the end I started calling the river lightly like all the time and lost couple of small pots.

By the way what trigged the tilt was at the beginning.
I hit a set of 4s on a 45A board.... I check, villain bets, I c/r, he calls.... then everything freezes..... connection lost..... when it came back I had auto-folded the hand....

Of course also had AA cracked twice.. so nice.

AK hand river is clear fold, I think your line of thinking needs to be what bluffs does he have (next to none), how often would he even bluff them? (if he even has any..) and what value hands do i beat? (not rly any tht shove river) so u have a bluff catcher in a spot where he rarely has bluffs.

66 hand, ur not c/r'ing the turn so why not lead u miss value here imo.

33 hand not really sure why u chkbk the turn, its a sick assumption to think he OOP floats no equity and if he has equity we may aswell bet, also he often picks up equity on this turn.

Todays session:

Had so much fun getting all my c-bets raised and crap like that... or go to showdown with villain holding bottom pair.

Also decided to call with Q high straight vs KQ high straight... obv he had it.. but I had to call pot size bet just to be sure.

What other BS did I do.... oh yeah.. bluff at 4 club board... obv villain had the ace of clubs and snap calls...

Then decided to play small and med stacks.. well for stacks... ran TT into JJ and JJ into QQ doing that... good game

So since I lost 9BI in 2 days... I will try to step it up a bit and focus on loosing the last 14BI in the next 2 days.
