my mistake was betting the flop or going all-in on the turn ? what should i do in that situation ? i know i played the hand wrong i just dont know how to play it corectly

You should fold/check. A draw is not worth playing after a freeplay :)

Was ok to attack the pot at the flop on turn play by outs / odds, its hard to find out, when we dont have pot number.

Use some converter if possible.

You have nothing but a draw here on the flop. Your bet would be ok, if you bet about half pot here, to take down the pot, since the SB showed weakness with completing preflop and checking on the flop. But if he calls, you have to give up your hand unless, you hit your straight here.
