Is this final? What does it mean for PokerStrategy and it's existence in the future?

If there is any other thread or if anyone got some more info/opinions please post here.

There are some news law next year but it's against the euopean law and I guess nobody really cares about it. (Many talk about it but I don't think that muh will change.)

And Pokerstars allows US people up to today so why should they suspend the german? (Our law is way less strict.)

....

We will see. ;)

Hi guys!

Don't worry. The existence of PokerStrategy.com is definitely not jeopardized.

Happy New Year!

That I wasn't worried about.
Just gotta check whether we could finally get rid of the German shortstackers

Thought I heard some Belgian laywer on the radio a few months ago who said that eventhough the country's law changes (contra online poker) it doesn't really matter because the EU law has more strength which does allow poker or something. This was about Pokerrooms themselves though, not about the players...

If true bad news because about 50% of all fish are German (cause 50% of all players are German). :<

Don't worry. I'm from Germany too and I'm doing fine while playing Poker online. If I was scared about being baned, I promise you I would have saved my Bankroll by cashing out.
About German Fishes. My first guess about a german player is that he's from Pokerstrategy too and plays at least tight. Of course this is not always right but about ~80%.
