My advice is Weed over alcahol, gives you perspective after such days, and without shitting yourself or getting arrested (usually)

It's a good advice but...I quit smoking cigaretes and now I'm affraid to smoke anything.
I was smoking something like 40 cigaretes for a day. 60 during drinking.

That was a hard battle, thats why now I'm affraid to smoke anything because I don't want to be addicted of cigaretes again. I don;t like to be addicted of anything. Except of gym. I'm addicted of it, thats why I feel like a shit now.
I've got an injury and can't training from something like 3 weeks

Alkohol is a sh*t, I know that. I know how weaker I'm on the gym even if I was drinking not much and 3 days eariel.
But now when I'm injuried and I'm on downswing...

The funniest thing is how I get injuried.

I slipt and fall....the first time in my life. Normally I'm knocking ppl to the ground and helping them to stand up. What a shame!

I was playing TAG for a long perroid of time too with good results. But on mid stakes LAG's was driving me crazy.
Then I decided to be like them.
I started to check many diffrient ideas on the table loosing (investing) lot of money and after that I found my own style.

Being a LAG, u should rejoice at all the suck outs u have inflicted on TAGs like me, perhaps. Rather than moaning and groaning about the odd downswing. Get a grip old chap.....

Alright, I'm tired and it's saturday evening. Need to get some fun.

I've read the first few hands but not all, and sorry but I don't think any of them was a bad beat at all. Plus I don't think they were well played.

So I'm only looking hands from original post:

Hand 1: sick slowplay, even if he does not hit you don't extract value. Just bet €7 or €8 there (mind it's even multiway) and you could expect a raise from his two pair - THEN it would be a bad beat if the 9 comes and you are both AI.

Hand 2: against what range are you value-shoving here? You are turning the nut flush into a bluff. He's giving you amazing odds for the turn call (mind he can have a FH already) and amazing odds for calling again on the river and shipping an ok pot. By shoving he's folding trash and you're only leveling yourself.

Hand 3: on that board vs. 2 limpers I'm not in love for the lead. They will never ever fold there and you are not leading for value. And even if you check, with a bet and a raise I'd just fold. You have a pretty strong draw but not even a nut draw (mind that BOTH for flush and straight they can have stronger draws), and against a set you're in bad shape because the board can pair. If money was invested in the pot before, I'd shove obv. But for a limped pot? Against those fish I'd think you can get better spots than *at best* flipping.

Hand 4: again, against what range do you bet river? He's folding all trash and yet again you are getting levelled by straights and flushes. Just check and be happy to win a small pot with what was a very mediocre hand until the river, or check and bluffcatch with a set on that board.

Hand 5: Wait a minute. Is this limit hold'em and I'm mistaken? Why on earth are you min-3bettting JJ from small blind? Either call or indeed 3bet to at least 3x (considering he has a small stack) and be ready to get it in with JJ. if you don't want to get it in, just call and keep him with whole range - even though more often than not I see those SS people getting in with AT+/88+ so I'd be happy with my JJ here (FE added). If you had 3bet then just cbet the flop and if 4th spade hit turn and you were AI that *might* be a *tiny* bad beat as it was a close spot anyway (mind that if he calls the 3bet, which I doubt considering stack, both A and K of spades are live and he can well have AK and the straight already WITH the flush redraw so you're spot is not exactly super-great).

And so on and so forth, sorry for being lazy and not analyzing them all.

I think you are pretty far off beat when if comes to relative hand strenght. I was trying to raise some more discussion about it on my blog, please feel free to join.

I checked my earnings chart on PT3 and I'm playing worse with every day now.
I see that problem is in my mindset.

And it starts when I got injury and was unable to go on the gym I think.
Now I'm loosing my patience very easly and I'm angry when someone bluffs me. I'm trying to win too many hands.

Now 2nd day I'm playing with whiskey in my hand.
Normally I'm against playing while drinking but now I'm looking for answers whats goes wrong.
And I think that I've got an answer.
During drinking and playing I'm listening to music.
I'm totally chilled out and I'm playing automaticly.
Now I'm playing well and I've got great results again!

Now I need to find a solution how to fix that before I'll become an alcoholic ♠_o:
