Hmm stil nothing. Seems like he played 22$ MTT on 22nd so he is definitely hiding. So does anybody know this guy or have some info abt him, would be nice to get to know him beter _evil:

This is slightly worrying as there's also an un-started stake on FTP which was cut short, but fully paid for, which seems to be in jeopardy if he's not being honest about this one.

Richard

Hello ,
I don't want to open a polemic , but when i opened a staking thread on this community , my thread was closed because i am not active on english community .

In my opinion even the introducing of the new rules for Staking on monday will not resolv ( even if i want this to happen ) totally the problem of dishonest members .
The lie has no language .

I hope that all the members who staked this guy will get their money back .

Thank you .

OK so 14 days since the beggining had past, which means the max ammount of time OOMMbager mantioned to play his 2000 trney.

So i demand my stake back, you have time till friday.

+ Some contact/personal info of this guy would be nice to get, i understand PS rules of not giving out personal info, but i think you allso shouldn't be protecting scammers.

Meh he cant live abroad for too long with $1.2k _evil:, and it's takes me only like 1.5 hr drive to Rijeka.

I was the first to comment when he started a staking thread which was deleted by a moderator for, dunno wht reason?? Then he had only 2 posts and i also knowingly asked him why he was askin for a stake when he joined in june 2011, but he commented that he joined june 2010. He had a very poor application and no graphs and just 'brags' about his achievments. I also asked for some graphs but he didnt post it on that thread.

Seemed sumfin fishy there. Moderators kindly look into why the other thread was closed and also this one. Still can't say anything about this guy, but this community is swarming with scammers i think. Another example is 'FOXZOR' who scammed us for $2 grand.

Hi Shehanshah

1st we do not delete anything. We either edit or move to a part of the forums that is not visible by members. I have just checked in that part of the forum and no staking application has been moved there by OP.

however he had 2 previous staking applications:

BLOCK6-1000sng Super Turbo 6max (SOLD OUT)

LONGTERM staking for HUsng (start 11$bi)

Other moderators and I are working very hard to screen the applications we have put together a new set of rules that should shortly put in place. However the responsibility to stake is left entirely in the staker. We are willing to help if we can but we will not take responsibility nor infringe any data protection.

I trust you understand our position

Best regards

Thazar

i think its so bad you cant give up scammers personal info. you should make changes in your rules or smth, beacuse no its way to easy for scammers to get away with what they are doing.

I read this scammer staking request and the other fr0...something and i have to points some things

1)Pokerstrategy is a company that he has to maintain their member personal data private. If pokerstrategy reveals some personal data of a member, this member can make a lawsuit. This will be a big hit for the company because then it doesnt seem trustworthy

2)Moreover give the staker some time. Will you ever thought that he maybe sick in a hospital or he may had an accident?

3)You know staking is a risky business but you still decide to stake a guy with 0 feedback. This is my complaint too because i had been staked 3 times in the past and it was so difficult to find a staker even though my feedback was great and even though i made profit in 3 staking deals. So why you stake a guy with no blog and no feedback?

4)I am really really sorry if he is a staker indeed but i think you shouldnt judge quickly

Well according to OPR he played last MTT on 22nd of july, while he hasn't updated since 17th of july.

And unless he played that MTT ($22 BI) with some ticket he won from points he was breaking our deal.. as well as with some other trneys ($11BI on 15th july, $55 on 17th july, and 17$ on 18th july). So it kinda looks strange being sick in a way that you can play poker but arent able to udate :f_p:

Thnx Thazar :) for pointing it out and yh totally agree with ur position.
