[Closed] Transfer from MB --> Bank taking too long

i withdraw like 100time and after i request cashout to my Visa Card in my bank account always take at least 4 working days! but after 7 working days ask support to check!

72% of my BR gone if they lose that money...

it was the weekend and possibly a bank holiday for their support. I mean that they might not have been scanning our forums.
