I was looking at the TAF page yesterday and noticed I had 25$ there - then I tried to cashout (didn't notice the 50$ min to begin with) and the cashout amount was only 15$ - how can that be?
It doesn't matter until I get my next referral, but I am curious on how this mismatch can occur, since one place says I have 25$ and the other place says 15$.

There was of course a logical explanation of the matter - some of the money had expired in accordance with general terms of the programme, I just didn't know about that - my bad.
The helpful support staff even informed me that there might be a possiblity to have the expiry reversed, when I have enough money to actually make a withdrawel.

Yes, please contact us again once you have the minimum withdrawal amount ($50) so that we can ask for the reversal of the expiry amount.
